"I cannot thank you both enough for your assistance, communication, care, and professionalism during the past year taking care of my Dad.  There was never a time he was not being cared for….regardless of the situation. All your staff were caring and timely.  Special thanks to Shell, Joe and you for going above the call of duty every week.  I never felt there was a time when my Dad was not looked after and any emergency situation or health emergency was promptly handled.    Also, thanks for your support during my Dad’s transition to Assisted Living.  I know your team will be there for our family, should my Dad need further personal assistance.
